When can I get a delivery?
We deliver to each suburb once a week Monday to Friday. When placing your order please check the delivery day for your suburb or postcode.
Will I need to be home for the delivery?
If you inform us that you will not be home for delivery, we will pack your order in a polystyrene box with ice packs which will keep your meals frozen for up to 8 hours
If you are not home your delivery will be left at your front door unless you have specified a location in your notes when ordering on line or have informed the sales staff by phone.
What is the cut off for deliveries?
All orders must be placed by 4pm two business days prior to your delivery day. Please click here to find your designated delivery day.
For example, if your designated delivery day is a Thursday you will need to order by 4pm on Tuesday.
Can I pick up meals?
Yes, you can pick up meals directly from our factory at 46/215 Brisbane Road, Biggera Waters QLD 4216.
Pick up is between 9:00am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Do you add any preservatives to your meals?
No, we do not add any preservatives. Because all our meals are snap frozen, there is no need to add any preservatives as freezing preserves the meals.
Do you put any additives in your meals?
No. We do not put any additives in our Gourmet Meals, however certain bought in ingredients such as bacon for example will contain preservatives. All ingredients are listed under the nutritional information of the individual meals on the Gourmet Meals website.
What about my food allergy and/or intolerances?
At Gourmet Meals we have your health interest at heart, so with regard to any customers who have any form of food intolerances or food allergies, please be aware that whilst majority of our meals are free from gluten, added preservatives and additives, there may be traces of products such as milk, eggs, soy, seafood, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, crustaceans and fish, as there is always a risk of cross contamination. However, if any of our products contain any of these allergens, they will be clearly mentioned on the labels. Gourmet Meals will not assume any liability for adverse reactions from the food consumed, or items one may come in contact with whilst eating any of our meals or itemised food sources. How do I order?

What is the minimum order and delivery fee?
There is a minimum order of $49 and the delivery fee is $7. Any orders over $200 do not incur a delivery fee.
Is there a contract involved?
No, you do not require a contract. You are free to order whenever you like whether it be weekly or just occasionally.
How do I pay for my meals?
Cash on delivery or Master Card/ Visa Card over the phone/upon ordering online. Sorry we do not accept American Express, or Diners Club.
What time is the latest that I can place an order?
Please ensure that orders are placed by 4pm, two business days prior to your set delivery day for QLD and Northern Rivers.
Note: You do not have to place an advanced order if you are picking up from our Gourmet Meals Factory Outlet (unit 46/215 Brisbane Road, Labrador).
